Julia Edna Butler, 83, of Warsaw, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2015. She was a member of Totuskey Baptist Church and was a Sunday School Teacher and choir member. She was also a member of the VFW Auxiliary Post 7167 and was a retired telephone operator for Contel.
Edna is survived by her son, John Everett Butler, Jr. (Debbie) of Millers Tavern; granddaughter, Michelle B. Hinson (Billy) of Tappahannock; grandsons, John Robert Butler of Mechanicsville and T.C. Davis; and four great grandchildren, Logan, Karli, Isaiah, and Elizabeth; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Ruth Bryant, and husband, John Everett Butler, Sr.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Totuskey Baptist Church with interment following in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
