Floyd Lee was the victim of a farming accident in Adamstown on a farm while filling silos with insulage. Floyd was hit in the face by a piece of metal thrown by a machine and died from injuries.
He is survived by his wife, Geneva Whipp Summers and infant son Floyd Arthur Summers. He is also survived by his parents and siblings.
