Jesse Blair,87, a loving and devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather passed away Saturday Aug.21 in Bedford, Texas. Interment will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Memorial Rose Garden in Memory Lane Cemetery in Silver City. The family will receive friends at the Holiday Inn Express meeting room, 1103 Superior St. U.S. Hwy 180 East after the service. He is survived by daughters Jessie Louise Whitham and husband Milton and Geraldine Etheridge and her husband Jim
