Geraldine Faye (Brown) McKee, age 82, of Fulton, Missouri passed away on Friday Oct 30, 2015 at Boone Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.
She was born on April 7, 1933, in Elk Creek, Missouri, the daughter of the late Allison E. Brown and the late Ida Edith (Skyles) Brown.
On May 24, 1955 Geraldine was united marriage to Ival Charles McKee. They were blessed with two children, Eddie McKee and Julie(McKee) Eaker/
Geraldine was a very talented seamstress. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Those remaining to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include her husband of sixty years, Chuck; son James "Eddie" McKee (Connie) of New Franklin, Missouri; daughter, Julie Faye Eaker (Dave) of Columbia, Missouri; brother, Don Brown (Loretta) of Summerville, Missouri; sister, Edith Wheeler of Missouri; eight grandchildren, Johnny, Dennis and Andrew Eaker, Bobby, Annie, Mark, Jennifer and Morgan McKee; several great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Allison "Jack" Lloyd, Delman "Bob" and Wiley Brown; three sisters, Leona Kirkpatrick, Doris Montgomery and Joann McKee.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, November 9, 2015, at Maupin Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Crowson officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00p.m. until time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Callaway Memorial Gardens.
