Cotton was greeted on the other side by his first wife, Betty Nicley Collins; son, Larry Wayne; mother and father, Sarah and Frank Collins; brothers, J. C., R. B. and Jimmy Collins; sisters, Lena Collins (infant), Ommo Whitener, Francis Stephens and Edith Beeler. He leaves behind his wife of 37 years, Minnie Collins; son, Roger (Tammy) Collins; stepchildren, Max (Melissa) Ritter, and Karen (Keith) Fox all of Washburn; grandchildren, Amanda (Brad) Boles of Knoxville, Brian (Angie) Collins of Washburn; step grandchildren, Brandon (Kensey) Fox of Rutledge, Jake (Alicia) Fox of Jacksboro, Tyler Fox of Maynardville, Anthony Ritter, Aaron (Michaela) Ritter and Alicia (Matthew) McGinnis all of Washburn; several great and step great grandchildren; and sister, Billie Faye Wolfenbarger of Washburn. Visitation will be from 12:00 – 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 9, 2021 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel with the family arriving at 5:00 p.m. The funeral service at 7:00 p.m. with Reverend Jerry Epperson and Reverend Dallas Harrell officiating. Family and friends will meet Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. at Trinity Funeral Home to go in procession to Frank Collins Cemetery, Washburn for a 1:00 p.m. graveside service.
