Born in Cleveland, OH on May 17, 1927 to Victor and Mildred Wallace, he grew up in Berea, OH where he built homes with his dad and became a technician for RCA. He moved to Eau Gallie, FL in 1957 when RCA expanded to Cape Canaveral. He also lived in Merritt Island and worked for Boeing for many years. Snellville, GA had been his home for the last 20+ years.
Victor and his wife were lifetime members of the Loyal Order of the Moose in Melbourne and Merritt Island; and were members of St. Oliver Plunkett Catholic church in Snellville, GA.
He is survived by three children; daughter Gerri Henderson (James) of Cocoa, FL, daughter Elizabeth Manley (Lance) of Loganville, GA, and son Victor Richard Wallace, III (Debbie) of Winder, GA. He was blessed with five grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.
