Mr. Samuel Ray Gilbert, Jr., 57, of Dickinson, Texas, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, SC, passed away as a result of an automobile accident in Opelika, AL, on Sunday, July 7, 2013.
He is survived by his loving wife, Medianita Catibog Gilbert; children, Samantha Carissa, Kristine Anne and Samuel Marcelo Gilbert, III; parents, Elder Samuel and Mrs. Alfreda Ackerman Gilbert; siblings: Carolyn Gilbert, Karen Huff (Kevin), Myra Woodard (Dane), Timothy Gilbert (Alvenus), Naomi Bowser (Harry) and a host of other loving relatives and sympathetic friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Randy Gilbert.
