William J. Ader, 72 Oshkosh, died November 11, 1994 at Hillhaven Medical and Rehabilitation of Oshkosh. He was born November 7, 1922 in Oshkosh, a son of the late Raymond and Juliane (Arendacki) Ader. He married the former Belle Springer on November 6, 1948 in Oshkosh.
Mr. Ader served our country in the army during WWII. He was involved in three major invasions and earned one Silver Start and three Bronze Battle Stars. Bill was a life member of the Oshkosh V.F.W. He was a mason by trade and a union member.
Bill was a member of St. Josaphat’s Catholic church. He belonged to the Far-Vu Golf Club and loved all sports. He enjoyed deer hunting and working on home projects with his sons.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Louie, Wenzel and Joseph and sisters Mrs. Herbert (Ann) Steinhilber, Mrs. Rueben (Mary) Heft, and Mrs. James (Estelle) Botz.
