Norma Lee Caldwell was born January 15, 1933 in Adair to George and Lexie (Hopper) Palmer. She departed this life on January 20, 2014 in Tulsa at the age of 81 years and 5 days.

Norma was a lifetime resident of Mayes County and the Greenbrier Community. She was a homemaker and a member of Ketchum Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Norma enjoyed cooking, sewing, reading and gardening. She was an avid OU Sooner fan. Getting to spend time with her family especially her brothers, sisters, children and grandchildren was very important to her.

Norma is survived by son Rodney Caldwell and wife Jaqi of Sands Springs, daughter Sharla Teel and husband Joe Don of Adair, 10 grandchildren Rechielle Blackwood, Stacie King, Shawnna Caldwell, Landon Caldwell, Keith Caldwell, Melanie Caldwell, LaMonica Smith, Keri Teel, Jason Teel and Amy Martinez, 15 great grandchildren, three sisters Marjorie Kinion, Patsy Griffith and Carolyn Tunin, 7 brothers Bobby Palmer, Verl Dale Palmer, Orville Palmer, Tony Palmer, Eddie Palmer, Freddie Palmer and Dink Palmer, numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son George Wayne Caldwell and baby brother Billy George Palmer.
