Mr. Van Kleeck was born at Olive, N.Y., March 30, 1875, son of William and Jane Silkworth Van Kleeck, and had lived in Somers 30 years. Until he retired five years ago, he was employed at the Saxony Mill in Rockville, Conn., as a spinning overseer.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Mary Scott Van Kleeck; two sons, Charles Jr., and George Van Kleeck, Somers; two daughters, Mrs. John Pollard, Amsterdam, and Mrs. Joseph Zinker, Rockville, Conn.; two brothers, James Van Kleeck, Hagaman, and Arthur Van Kleeck, Cornwall; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Herberts funeral home, 55 Main St., Hazardville, Conn. Interment will be in Hillcrest Park Cemetery, Springfield, Mass.

He leaves his wife, Mrs. Mary Scott Van Kleeck; two daughters, Mrs. John Pollard of Amsterdam, N.
