He is survived by one son, one daughter-in-law, three grandchildren, one sister, two brothers.

He was preceded in death by his father David Franklin McKinney, Sr. and his wife Melba (Rowland) McKinney.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Victory Worship Center, Spiro, Oklahoma. Interment will be at Spiro City Cemetery.
