Stephen Andrew “Kaipo” Spencer, 59, of Waimea, an employee of Parker Ranch Broiler, Cattleman’s Steakhouse and Sheraton Resorts and a retired senior concierge at Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort, died in North Hawaii Community Hospital. He was born in Honokaa, Hawaii.

He is survived by brothers Walter Jr. and Todd Spencer and Glenn T. Newcomb, and sisters Vera Bowman, Shirley Spencer and Barbara H.S. Apollo.

Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at St. James Episcopal Church, Kamuela. Service: 11 a.m. Urn committal to follow in church cemetery. Casual attire. Flowers and lei welcome.
