Carmen Neal "Punk" Carter, 65, formerly of Bradley, died Friday, April 7, at his home following a short illness.

Born September 25, 1929 at Kincaid, he was the son of Blondine Rinehart of Kincaid and the late Carnen Franklin "Frank" Rinehart.

Mr. Carter was a retired mine foreman for the New River Company, Mt. Hope, attended Country Side Baptist Church at Forest Hill.

Other survivors include his wife Billie Tennant Carter, three daughters Sheila Hurley, Bonnie Marshall and Peggy Parker and a son Joe Carter.
