Wallace G. Woolf, 100, passed away September 15, 1990 in Salt Lake City.

Born March 9, 1890 in Salt Lake City to Mr. and Mrs. Moss (Fanny) Woolf. Married Doris Tennyson June 21, 1926 in Seattle, Washington. She died in 1972. He was known as "Mr. Zinc" for his accomplishments in developing the process of Electrolitic Refinement of five-nine zinc. His working career was in Kellogg, Idaho with Bunker Hill and Sullivan Mining Co. He was a member of the Masonic Order, Wallace Idaho Lodge and the Royal Order of Jesters of Lewiston, Idaho. He was a member of Congregation Kol Ami.

Survived by daughter: Mrs. Donald (Jacqueline) Rosenblatt, Salt Lake City; son: James T. Woolf, Brussels, Belgium. Four grandchildren: Robert Rosenblatt, Wendy Morris, Anthony Woolf, Alexander Woolf; and five great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by a granddaughter, Nancy Rosenblatt.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 18, 1990, at 12 noon, at Evans & Early Mortuary, 574 East 1st South, where friends may call one half hour prior to services. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to the Nancy Rosenblatt Art Scholarship Fund C/O Steve Moss, Trust Dept., Zions First National Bank. Interment, Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Funeral directors, Evans & Early.
