She was born to Kenneth and Shirley (Ferns) Allison. On August 20, 1976, she married Darwin Alan Aslsburg in St. Louis, Missouri.
She was a grauate of the Oskaloosa High School, class of 1972.
Debra was a homemaker most of her life. She was a member of the Elks Lodge #340 in Oskaloosa and the CC Club in Eddyville.
Survivors include daughter, Jill of Lihue, Hawaii; son, Alan of Ames; parents of Oskaloosa; and brothers, Kenny, Steve, and Steve Jr., all of Oskaloosa.
Memorial services were held for Debra and Darwin togather at the Eddyville Funeral Chapel in Eddyville, with the Rev. Richard Grimes officiating.
