Mrs. Ellen Ennis, wife of Eugene Ennis, died at her home, 124 South Main street, this city, at 4:30 o'clock this Thursday morning. According to her NJ death certificate, she was about 42 years old.

Daughter of James Carswell of Scotland. She was born in England. Marie Ennis of Lambertville was the informant on her NJ death certificate.

Besides her husband, she leaves eight children, Henry Ennis, of Philadelphia, and James, Joseph, Edward, Maria, Rose, Christina and Anna Ennis, of this city.

Funeral services were held at 9:30 on Saturday, April 14, in St. John's R. C. Church, with a requiem high mass. Interment was made in St. John's Cemetery.

Her obituary and funeral notice were published in the Lambertville Beacon on April 12 and April 19, 1917.
