A native of Columbia, she was a homemaker and was proceeded in death by her husband Leonard D. Ball Jr., parents Joe F. Tiser & Jeannette Brinson Tiser.
Survivors include two sons Joe T. Ball of Columbia, William B. Ball of Doha Qatar, one grandson, and many other friends.
