GRANT, Marsha M. went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at her residence. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church until her health began to fail. She later became a member of Maranatha Christian Fellowship. She is preceded in death by her parents; (7) brothers; a great-grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Gayle Wortham Hatch. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Barbara H. of Dayton; son, Ronnie (Joyce) G.; devoted brother, Charlie (Dorothy) A. of Burkesville, KY; her beloved grandchildren, Sandra W. (Gregory) L. (whom she resided with and cared for her), Theressa (Joseph) S., all of Dayton, Rev. Edward C. H. Jr. of Nashville, TN and Pearl H. of Jacksonville, FL; (17) great-grandchildren, including a devoted grandson, who helped care for her, Fred W.; numerous great, great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Homegoing services 11:00 A.M. SATURDAY, November 28, 2009 at MARANATHA CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP, 4501 Wolf Rd., Dr. Viewing will be held 9:00 A.M. Saturday; the family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment will be held at West Memory Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to Thomas Funeral Home, 4520 Salem Ave.
