Sandra Sue Fowler, 64, of Barboursville, WV died Monday October 26, 2015 at her residence. A Celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday October 31, 2015 at Sweet Confections Event Room at Route 60 East and Kmart Plaza. Sandra was born August 10, 1951 in Huntington, WV a daughter of Betty Fox Hicks of Wilmington, NC and the late Oscar Fowler. She worked with the Huntington Housing Authority. Additional survivors include her daughter Rebecca Fowler of Barboursville, one sister, Cathy Shidal and two nephews, Timothy and Chuck Shidal all of Wilmington.
