CAROLYN SUE ADAMS EOLIA, KY- Carolyn Sue Adams, 57, entered into eternity Wednesday October 28, 2015 from the Whitesburg ARH in Whitesburg, KY. She was surrounded by her loving family.
Carolyn was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Millstone Primitive Baptist Church for 30 plus years. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She loved spending time with her family. She loved her grandbabies so much and they felt the same about her. They could always bring a smile to her face, no matter how bad she felt. Carolyn enjoyed a good cigarette and was always excited to search for a good yard sale. She was so sick, but she was tough and her faith in God is what always seen her through.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, James (JB) and Cleo (Hampton) Brock and a nephew, Harold Burchal Brock.
Survivors include her husband of 38 years, William (Bud) Adams; a daughter, Amanda Adams and husband Worley- Eolia, KY; two grandchildren, Katie Cleo Adams and Caden Joe Adams; two brothers, Harold Brock and wife Melissa and Jimmy Darrell Brock and wife Brenda all of Eolia, KY; her close friend, Velma Adams; several nieces, nephews and cousins and a host of friends and loved ones to mourn her passing and cherish her memory.
Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 pm Friday October 30, 2015 in the Baker Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Corbin Hampton , Elder Randall Thornsbury and Elder Robert Worrix officiating. The family will receive from 5:00 pm until time of services.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:30 am Saturday October 31, 2015at the Adams Cemetery (Roberts Branch) Eolia, KY where family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home by 10:30 am to prepare to go in procession to the cemetery. Baker Funeral Home-Pound, VA is serving the family of Carolyn Sue Adams.
