Mary A. Shores, 43, of Lynn Haven, Fla., went to be with Lord on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2015 at 7:45 a.m. She leaves behind many friends in the local area and in Georgia. She was a huge Dawgs fan and loved spending time with her friends and family.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Suzanne and Anthony Rimmer of Jacksonville, Fla.; father and stepmother, Jackie Shores and Sandy Gibson of Panama City, Fla.; three sons, Dillon Burns of St Petersburg, Fla., Marshall Burns of Ft. Stewart, Ga., and Weston Burns of Panama City Beach, Fla.; two brothers, Jude Shores of Panama City, Fla., and Ryan Shores of Arlington, Va.; two aunts, Merle Barrett of Tallahassee, Fla., and Dean Killebrew of Chattanooga, Tenn.; one uncle, Douglas Hodge of Tallahassee, Fla.; four nieces, four nephews and one great niece.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 3 to 5 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 1, 2015, at Heritage Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2, 2015, at the funeral home with the Rev. Mike McFatter officiating. A private family interment will take place at Lynn Haven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary's memory to the American Red Cross or . Those wishing to extend condolences may do so at www.heritagefhllc.com.
