Died 1:30 a.m. Sunday, April 16, 1995, at his residence in Gonzales. He was a 65, a native of Harrisonburg and a resident of Gonzales since 1974. He was president of River Parishes Tugboat Co., Lutcher, and a U.S. Navy veteran. Visiting at Welsh Funeral Home, Gonzales, 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday, and 8 a.m. until religious services at 10 a.m. Tuesday, conducted by the Rev. Andrew Comeaux. Graveside services at Reed Family Cemetery, Basile, at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. He was a retired naval officer, past member of Toastmasters International and Rotary International, an active member of Ducks Unlimited, Retired Officers Association of Baton Rouge, Safari Club International and St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church, Gonzales.
