Daniel Blake Burnett, 26, of Gladstone, passed away suddenly, December 8, 2012.
Born April 22, 1986, in Richmond, VA, he was the son of Rhonda McCormick Marine and husband John, of Gladstone, and Vincent Richardson and wife Anne, of Alexandria, VA.
He was a graduate of Amherst County High School and was employed at Buckner Steel Erectors, in Tennessee. He liked to play bass guitar, and was an avid Steelers fan.
Survivors also include two sisters, Mary Josephine Gonzalez, and Sally Gonzalez, both of Gladstone; maternal grandmother, Mary Grimes, of Gladstone; and paternal grandmother, Clarine Ruby Richardson, of Warrenton, NC, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 11, from 6-8:00 p.m. at Whitten Monelison Chapel, and at other times at the residence.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 12, at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Watts Family Cemetery [sic], in Nelson County.
