He particularly liked being a trucker and enjoyed that job the most.

Clifford was raised in the Mount Zion (Cuba) Freewill Baptist Church and currently was a member of Liberty Freewill Baptist Church.

He liked going to the Hughes Senior Center where he enjoyed playing pool. He liked to travel and he and Wilma enjoyed spending their winters in Texas. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing various games, and doing woodworking projects. He was steadfast in his convictions and often spoke his mind. His family was very important to him and he had a gift for making each of his grandchildren feel special.

Clifford was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and know that his family and friends will treasure the wonderful memories he made for them during his eighty-five years.
