She was born on December 18, 1962 in Des Moines.
Cindy enjoyed riding motorcycles, glass etching and spending time with her grandchildren. She also loved animals especially her dogs, Buddy, Little and Selena.
She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Lee Rogoff; and cousin, David Cockerham.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, November 8, 2015 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines with visitation 2 hours prior to the service.
