Ashley Elizabeth White, 15 years of age, of Hopewell Junction, New York, departed this life on Wednesday, July 13th, 2011 in Islamorada, Florida.

Ashley was born in Mount Kisco, New York on August 20th, 1995, daughter of Steven and Janine Wade White. She would have been a junior in the fall at Carmel High School. She attended St. Columba Church and Blessed Kateri Church. Ashley had been a member of Kent Knights Cheerleaders and was currently a member of Interact. She loved photography, drawing, jet skiing, gardening, cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She will always be remembered as a great sister with the biggest heart whose eyes glistened and face glowed when she smiled.

Ashley was survived by her parents, Steven White and Janine White; one sister, Stephanie; two brothers, Thomas and Timothy; her grandparents, John Wade and Marjorie & Grosvenor White; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who mourn her passing.

Visitations were held on Monday, July 18th, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and again from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the McHoul Funeral Home in Hopewell Junction, New York.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, July 19th, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Blessed Kateri Church in Lagrangeville, New York.
