A native of West Virginia, Dr. Daniels came to Long Beach 24 years ago.
He was among Southern California pioneers in group psychoanalyst.
He was educated at the University of California in Berkeley and the University of Vienna, Austria.
Dr. Daniels was a member of Sons of the American Revolution, Chi Phi Fraternity, Long Beach Lodge F & Am 327, Royal & Select Masters 26, Royal Arch Masons 84, Long Beach Commandery 40 and El Bekal Shrine.
Surviving are his wife, Yvonne; a son, Richard, Daughter, Mrs. Kathe Llywelyn, Janie and Joan Daniel and 2 grandchildren.
