She was the oldest member of Red Hill Baptist Church in Speedwell.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Tip and Barshe Evans; husband, Frank Vasko; brothers and sisters-in-law: Johnie and Vesta Evans, Earnest Evans, Charlie and Lula Evans, Sherman Evans; sisters and brothers-in-law, Hester and Ed Welch, Kathern and Rosevelt Russell, Brilla and Otto Treece, Cecil and Cart Wylie, Corta and Carl Madon.
She is survived by two sisters-in-law: Ruby Evans of Speedwell, and Ethel Evans of Middlesboro; 22 nieces and nephews, several great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and a host of other family and friends.
