Mrs. Neva was a member of the Rayville First Baptist Church. She owned and operated the Napa Parts Store in Rayville. Mrs. Neva enjoyed going fishing and working in her yard and garden.
Mrs. Neva is preceded in death by her husband, James Elmer "Moe" Parker, Jr.; parents, William Sampson and Mary Isabella Pearson; and grandchild, James Pearson Parker.
Survivors include her children, Mark Parker of Rayville, Jan Parker Shepherd and husband, Mike of Marigold, MS, Carol Gay Rolfe and husband, Pete of Tallulah; and Tracy Parker and wife, Jamie of Fayetteville, N.C.; grandchildren, Chelsea Shepherd, Parker Shepherd, Page Jones, Robert Parker, and James Parker; great grandchildren, Mia Hendricks, Abigail Adcock, and John Adcock.
Pallbearers were Pete Rolfe, Mike Shepherd, Parker Shepherd, Mitch Adcock, Danny Cheek, and Kirk Sisk.
