Mrs. Haid died Saturday, July 13, at St. John's Mercy Hospital in Washington.
Mrs. haid was a daughter of John J. Ernst, prominent businessman in Washington who served as Mayor of Washington and as Franklin County presiding judge (commissioner). In 1921, she was elected to be the State Centennial queen.
She is survived by her husband, Lloyd Haid, Berger; one brother, John H. Ernst, Panama City, Florida, one sister, Hazel Mayer, Amarillo, Texas; and three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Proceed in death by her only child Leola Jeanne Lynn.
