Daniel L. Willis (Papa), age 78 of the Tellico Village community, Loudon passed away October 22, 2015 in Knoxville, TN. Dan was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and also worked for the National Security Agency. Dan enjoyed a successful 33 year career in the finance industry. He supported his son's passion for sports. Dan was an avid golfer, but his greatest joy was passing down his experiences and teachings to his children and grandchildren.

Dan is survived by his wife of 55 years, Rosemary Willis; sons and spouses, Greg and Lynne Willis, Gannon and Kate Willis and Garrett and Jennifer Willis; grandchildren, Tommy, Derrick, Angeline, Taylor, Emily, Liza, Laura, Jaxon, Olivia and Gage; great-grandchildren, Hayleigh and Dylan; brother, Joe Willis Jr.; father-in-law, Clinton Johnson; brother-in-law, Wally Johnson; in-laws, Debra and Jeff.

No public services are planned. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
