∼Anne was a daughter of Robert Lawter and Mary Ffyske. Some genealogist have Anne's maiden name as Lantersee. She was born circa 1582 in Suffolk County, England. Anne married John Fiske a son of William Fiske and Anna Anstye/Austye. John Fiske, her husband, died before 14 May 1633 in the parish of St. James, South Elham, County Suffolk, England, leaving Anne a widow.
In 1637, Anne and her children, immigrated to New England. She died on the ship, while sailing to the new world.
Anne was a descendant of Lord Symond Ffyske and Lady Susannah Smyth Fiske of the Manor of Stadhaugh in Laxfield, Suffolk, England.
