Marlene graduated from Kingman High School in 1963. Manager of Shoe Sensations in Danville, Illinois for 19 years. Attended Calvary Baptist Church.
Author of two novels, three children's books and a song - The Little Church by the Railroad Tracks.
Marlene was married to her husband David for 60 years, he survives. Also surviving are three children, one brother and one sister, eleven grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Her parents and two brothers, Bob and Roger Riley preceded her in death.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A. M. on October 27, 2015 at Lower Mound Cemetery, Perrysville, Vermillion County, Indiana.
