Mrs. Mary Louise "Lou" (nee Bode) Dobbs, 93 of Florissant, MO, passed away on July 6, 2020 at Delmar Gardens North, Florissant, Mo. Louise was born in O’Kean, AR on February 14, 1927 to Mr. & Mrs. Charles V. and Mary E. (nee Bottoms) Bode.
She was married to Willard L. Dobbs who preceded her in death in 1997.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Rena Kay (nee Dobbs-Tumbrink) Masters, and Miss Mary "Rhonda" Dobbs, one granddaughter Amanda Marie Tumbrink, and grandson Thomas Martin Tumbrink, and a former son-in-law Mr. Timothy Mark Tumbrink. Louise is also survived by several cousins’ and long time friends Delores Kube, Hazel Hawkins, and Helen Harl.
In addition to her husband, Louise was also preceded in death by her parents Charles and Mary Bode, and brothers, Charles Bode, Omer Bode, Jack Bode, and two infant brothers.
Funeral Services will be conducted on July 15, 2020 starting with a viewing at 8:30 am at Hutchens Mortuary, 675 Graham Rd, Florrisant, MO 63031.
After the viewing, a 10:00 am funeral mass will be said at St. Angela Merici Church, followed her burial at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
