Michael was born June 4, 1958 in Omaha, NE. He grew up in Omaha, NE and then moved to Fremont, NE where he lived for all of his adult life except for a short time in which he lived in Scribner. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Michael married Kandy Cross August 3, 1991 in Scribner, NE.
He was a past member of the Pathfinder's Carving Club and owned and operated Quality Siding Company.
He is survived by wife, Kandy of Fremont, NE.; daughter, Amy Law of Fremont, NE.; brother, Derek and wife Susan Law of Council Bluffs, IA.; sisters, Mary and husband Bob Houser of Fremont, NE. and Dori and husband Jeff Thorson of Omaha, NE.; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Merton, and 2 brothers, Mitch Law and Damion Law.
A celebration of life will be held 11:30 am Friday, October 30, 2015, at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont, NE. The Rev. Scott Jensen will officiate. A private family burial will take place at a later time. Military Honors will be conducted by Fremont Honor Guard of V.F.W. Post #854 and American Legion Post #20.
Memorials may be directed to the family for a charity yet to be established."
