ISAIAH I.J. THOMPSON of Orlando, FL. I.J. was a U.S. Navy veteran and a dedicated employee of Postell's Mortuary for over 20 years. He was a faithful member of Hurst Chapel AME Church. Surviving are are his son, Edward J (Carmen) Thompson; sisters, Mattie Thompson, Thelma Washington, Johnnie (John) Ponder, Velma (Arthur) Anderson; brothers, Elijah (Veda), James (Sandra), Sidney and Bobby (Virginia) Thompson and four grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held October 23, 2015 at the Hurst Chapel AME Church in Orolando. POSTELL'S MORTUARY is providing service for the Thompson family. Published in the Orlando Sentinel from Oct. 24 2015.
