Ellen J. Feltenberger, 51, Altoona, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2015, at UPMC Altoona after an extended illness. She was born December 4, 1963, in Altoona, daughter of the late Charles E. and Viola (Harn) Eyer.

Surviving are two sons: Lance Eyer (Katie) of Meyersdale and Joshua Eyer (Amanda) of Altoona; a daughter, Tasha Stotler of Altoona; five grandchildren; three brothers: Timothy and Samuel Eyer, both of Altoona, and Charles Eyer in California; and two sisters: Viola Thomas of Morrisdale and Tina Louise Crostley of Altoona.

She was preceded in death by two brothers: Terry and Fay Eyer; and her longtime companion, James Stotler.

Ellen was a member of First Church of Christ, Altoona. She currently was employed by H.H. Brown Shoe Company, Inc., formerly Cove Shoe Company, in Martinsburg for the past 15 years.

She enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 7, 2015, in Stevens Memorial Chapel, The Stevens Mortuary, Inc., 1421 Eighth Ave., Altoona. A funeral service will follow at 4:30 p.m., officiated by Pastor John Collins. Committal will be at Grandview Cemetery.
