Mayford Earl Goins Sr., age 85 of Winder, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2015. He was a native of Knoxville, TN. Mayford retired served his country during the Korean War as a Gunners Mate in the US Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Edgemond and Eliza Carroll Goins; his wife, Martha Jean Boyd Goins; a son, Earl Goins Jr and two sisters, Ruby Dickens and Juanita Jones. Interment in Barrow Memorial Gardens.
