Kyle Stone, 69, of Abbeville, husband of Lisa Smith Stone, died Thursday, October 22, 2015 at Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood.
He was born in Elberton, GA to the late James Marvin and Laura Yeargin Stone.
Kyle retired from Prysmian Power Cables & Systems after many years of service. He served in the SC National Guard and attended Rocky River Presbyterian Church.
In addition to his parents, Kyle was preceded in death by two brothers, Randall and Basil Stone and a sister, Connie Lee Stone.
Kyle is survived by his wife, Lisa, of the home; a son, Derrick Stone (Jane) of Ware Shoals, SC; a daughter, Roxanne Stone; a brother, Barry Stone (Jeri); a sister, Diane Patterson; former wife and mother of his children, Harriett Lumpkin Stone; a sister-in-law, Ruth Stone all of Abbeville; and three grandchildren, Whitney Stone, Tori Stone, and Andrea Stone.
The family will receive friends 1:30pm – 2:30pm Sunday, October 25, 2015 at Harris Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 3:00pm in the funeral home chapel.
