Services for Arthur Wolf, age 87, of Palestine will be at 1:00 P.M. Saturday at Bailey & Foster Chapel with Dan Manuel officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster. Mr. Wolf died October 21, 2015, at Palestine Regional Medical Center. He was born February 8, 1928, in Crockett, Texas to Miller and Nora Swift Wolf. He was a retired truck driver for 28 years at Chevron. He was a member of the Crockett Road Church of Christ. Mr. Wolf was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Opal Osborne and Pauline Britt, four brothers, Thurman Wolf, Buck Wolf, J.W. Wolf and Wilse Wolf. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Doris Wolf, sons Shelby Wolf and wife Ronda, and Mark Wolf and wife Susie, a sister Leona Gilliland, grandchildren Ray Wolf and Elaine Alford, Suzy and Jonathan Gordon, Adam and Stacie Wolf, Hailley and Ronald Burke, four great grandchildren, Rachel Wolf, Kinsley Gordon, Madison Gordon, and Dawson Burke and two great great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and other family members. Pallbearers will be Ray Wolf, Jonathan Gordon, Adam Wolf, Ronald Burke, Duwaine Rains, Donnie Rains, Mike Rains, and Johnny Turner. Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Theriot, Scotty Theriot, Jimmy Wayne Wolf, Jerry Wolf.
