Jason Earl Shultz, 22, of 104 West St., Spindale, died Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2003, at Rutherford Hospital.
A native of Rutherford County, he was a son of Laura Renee Edwards of Spindale, and William Joseph Shultz of South Carolina. Jason was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Spindale.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, William Joseph Shultz of the home; maternal grandparents, Jack and Ethel Hutchins, and Mary Moore, all of Forest City.
A private family graveside service will be held in the Brittain Presbyterian Church cemetery with the Rev. John Greene officiating.
