Mrs. Evans was born April 28, 1942, in Salem, Oregon. She was a tax accountant and enjoyed playing bridge, cooking, bead work and reading. She was very creative and was known for making cards to send to friends and family. She also donated to several organizations. She enjoyed traveling but loved her family more than anything else.
She is survived by her husband, William Kent Evans; two sons: Peter Victoor and Jason Victoor, both of Beaverton, OR; a sister, Lori Nelson, of Eugene, OR; and four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the local chapter of the Cancer Society.
