(March 30, 1921 - December 16, 2014) Rhoda Daniels Jones, 93, of Harlan passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2014, at the Harlan App. Reg. Hospital. Born on March 30, 1921 in Harlan County, she was a homemaker and believed in the Holiness faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Abe Jones; her parents, George Daniels and Minnie Turner Daniels. Rhoda is survived by three children, Eileen Howard and husband David, Baxter; Jimmy Jones and wife Lorine, Putney; and Marshall Jones, Baxter; one sister, Virginia Cottrell, Wallins; three grandchildren, Malanie Calitri and husband Stephen; Wendy Harrison and husband Todd; and Scotty Jones; and three great-grandchildren, Sean Lyle, Olivia Lyle and Dillon Harrison. Graveside services will be conducted 1 P.M. Thursday, December 18, 2014, at Resthaven Cemetery with Reverend Arnold Martin officiating. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
