Age 73 died Saturday October 17, 2015 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ypsilanti, Michigan. She was born April 27, 1942 in Tecumseh, Michigan to Leslie Darius Masten and Lucy May (French) Masten. On September 26, 1964 she married Charles William Kimbrell in Milan, Michigan. Nancy worked at Ypsilanti State Hospital and then at Lincoln Schools. She retired on June 26, 2002. Nancy was a member of Lincoln Community United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her children, Mark (Kim) Kimbrell and Amy (Dave) Quel, grandchildren, Tyler, Owen, Emma Kimbrell, and Yana Quel, brothers, Bill Masten and James (Janice) Masten.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles on February 12, 1999, brother John, and sister-in-law’s, Betty, Nancy, and Helen.
Visitation will be held at Ochalek-Stark Funeral Home in Milan on Thursday October 22, 2015 from 3:00-8:00 pm. Services will be held at Lincoln Community United Methodist Church on Friday October 23, 2015 at 11:00 am. In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Lincoln Community United Methodist Church.
