Legal Notices THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, to Sally Baker, Jonathan Ackerman and Louisa S. Ackerman his wife, of Sodus, Wayne county, N.Y.; and John J. Baker of Ransom Centre, Hillsdale county, Michigan, heirs and next of kin of Truman C. Baker, late of Sodus, Wayne county, deceased, send greeting: Whereas, Samuel W. Lape, of Sodus, has this day made application to the county judge of the county of Wayne, to have a certain instrument in writing, which relates to both real and personal estate, proved and recorded as the last will and testament of the said Truman C. Baker, deceased; you and each of you are therefore hereby cited and required personally to be and appear before the said county judge, at his office in Clyde in said county, on the 31st day of December, 1859, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of that day, then and there to attend the proof of said instrument.
