Mrs. Evelyn Sparks age 76, passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2015 in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. She was born on September 29, 1939 to Jasper L. Jordan and Eva Tidwell in Oneonta, Alabama.

Mrs. Sparks was a resident of Walton County. She worked as a waitress for several years. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed traveling.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her loving husband, Henry Lee Sparks of Ponce de Leon, sons; Johnny Dewayne Sparks and wife, Rebecca of Ponce de Leon and Jimmy Sparks of Attalla, Alabama, daughters; Teresa Davis of Ponce de Leon, Janet Lawson of Nebraska and Charlotte Sparks of Panama City, Florida. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Visitation services will be held from 9:00AM-10:00AM, Wednesday October 21, 2015 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel; 230 Park Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Henry Martin officiating.

Burial will follow in the Red Bay Cemetery.
