55 years old

Oldest of 10 children born to William Jackson Tilton (1815-1896)
and
Lydia Hannah Eaddy Tilton (1819-1869)

wife of
George Washington Springs (1830-1862)
Married 1853 mother of 8 children

I have no proof that Loney and George are buried in this cemetery, I have checked all the records that I can find for this cemetery and have not found them listed in any of them.
Their oldest daughter is buried here so that is going to be my starting point for them being buried here.

I KNOW it is Find-A-Grave not make up your own... theses people lived and died and had families and deserve to be remembered and linked...

Note I received on 31 Jan 2021:

Loney Springs (153962175)

Suggested edit: George Washington Spring is not buried in the "Old Johnsonville Cemetery". He is buried in the Confederate Hospital Cemetery in Charlottesville, Virginia. He was wounded in the leg at the disastrous battle of Fox's Gap on Sept 14, 1862 during Lee's Maryland campaign culminating in the bloody battle of Antietam on Sept. 17, 1862. Pvt. Spring's leg had to be amputated and on Nov.14, 1862 , he succumbed to pneumonia. He was taken from the field of battle by A.B. Dunnahoe. I was told by my Grandmother Eula Springs Flowers that Loney was Buried in Johnsonville Cemetery..
