He and Helen Juanita Tinsley were married Oct. 19, 1968, in Cape Girardeau. She died May 15, 1992.
Mr. Perryman had been a route salesman with Tom's.
He was a member of Eagles Aerie 3775 in Cape Girardeau, and Elks Lodge 2652 in Jackson.
He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War.
Survivors include a son, a daughter, a special partner, two granddaughters; two brothers, and a sister.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
The funeral will be Sunday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City, with the Rev. Stan Hargis officiating. Burial in Lightner Cemetery at Scott City.
