Bonnie Lee Rice
April 9, 1934 - October 19, 2015

Bonnie Lee Rice, daughter of the late Marion Joshua Alberson and Mildred Mattingly Alberson, was born on April 9, 1934 in Matthews, Missouri and departed this life on October 19, 2015 at Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter at the age of 81.

Mrs. Rice had worked as a missile technician for The Boeing Company and was a resident of Dexter.

On October 16, 1965, she was united in marriage to Jerry Rice in Georgia. Mr. Rice survives of the home.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Craig Thorn of Rural Bloomfield, Missouri; by one daughter, Debbie Williams of Hamilton, Ohio; and by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Justine Jackson and Etta May Robinson.

Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 from 9:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Funeral services will follow in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. David Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.
