Mrs. Elizabeth A. Cooper, 48, well known Plains resident, died at 5 Saturday afternoon at her home following a heart attack. Mrs. Cooper was an active member of Plains Presbyterian Church and was superintendent of its Sunday School. For the past 15 years she had been secretary of the church's NST Club.
She is survived by her husband, Willard; a son, John, of State College, and a brother, Corp. John I. Alexander, Fort Meyer, Ala.
The funeral will be held from the home on Tuesday afternoon at 2 with services in charge of Rev. Perry T. Brocius, former pastor of Plains Presbyterian Church. Interment will be in Mt. Greenwood Cemetery. Arrangements by J. S. Miller.
